4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.
4.2 Orders above ₹799 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹799 incur standard shipping fees.
4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge of ₹99. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 We partner with Bluedart Express for order delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.
5.2 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges are beyond our control.
5.3 Users will be notified of any significant delays.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
6.1 Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
6.2 Returns are managed through Delhivery. Users are responsible for ensuring items meet return criteria.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. TG Coins redeemed on refunded orders will not be reinstated.
7. PROMOTIONAL AND OFFERS
7.1 Offers, discounts, and TG Coins bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed during the promotion.
7.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
