ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items should have the original tags, tag tie intact and must be in unused and unwashed condition.
Returns are not accepted for products marked as non-returnable.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Follow these quick steps to request a return:
- Scroll to the bottom of our website and tap on “Create Return” in the footer.
- Enter your Order ID and the email or phone number used during checkout.
- Click Submit to view your order details.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
- You will receive a confirmation once your return is successfully submitted.
RETURN PICKUP AND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup via Delhivery .
Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.199 will be charged.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes a quality check.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Address changes for return pickups are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If the original packaging or tags are missing, the return may be rejected.
Shipping charges (if any) and COD fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
